25th September 2002 - Andy M watched a Chiffchaff quietly feeding along the Old Railway Cutting - methodically working its way along the hedge, in amongst the leaves, peering for insects, and suddenly flying out and back to grab one. Accompanied by a Robin doing much the same.
Peering around, hunting for insects
before a sudden flight to grab one
and returning to the perch with its prey
and repeat!!
