Swifts - caught in the act

11th June 2022 - whilst out along the Old Railway Cutting, Andy M spotted a few Swift, flying quite low down and thought he'd try his luck photographing them.

It turns out, Swift are well-named when trying to photograph them, but he got a few photos. Back home, whilst looking through the photos, he saw that in some shots he had inadvertently also captured the insects the birds were swerving around to catch!
