There have been good numbers of
Skylark and
Corn Bunting singing in and around the fields south of Chalky Road recently. Also groups of adult and young
Swallow, swopping low over the crops feeding for insects. Andy M was lucky enough to see a young
Swallow being feed a nourishing mouthful of insects by an adult too - mid-air and ay speed on the wing!
