Whilst Nuthatch are regular visitors to Jennifer H' garden in Little Abington, after more than 20 years of living on South Road, Anne D-N was finally treated to a visit from a Nuthatch. It fed from the feeders for a good 5 minutes, before checking the ground underneath and going a tour of the garden, staying for a good 15 minutes. Maybe this was a 'scout' from Little Abington, looking for new territories. Anne has also had regular visits from adult Great Spotted Woodpecker over the past month, but on this occasion the new youngster (this the characteristic red cap) also joined them.
